To you that simply give color to a world full of gray, to the one whom I am constantly in love with, may the peace, joy and wisdom that comes from God alone be with you always my dear friend:
There’s no such thing as “true love” or “real love” just like what they always says in magazines, movies or yeah the media. I just don’t believe in that. It’s a fake. Really there’s no such definition for it. Why? Because the single word, “love” itself should already be true, sincere and willing to sacrifice. Though the word maybe simple, yet it has a complex mix of definition and different levels. No questions ask: The bible defines that God is love and His love for us is unconditional. Well, he wouldn’t give up the life of His son if it’s not right? It does not say that “God is true love”, nor it says that “For God so love the world true…” it simply, plainly denote that “God is love”, period. And since we are created in His image and likeness, there’s no doubt that He is expecting us to love one another with just the same standard as He has. For love itself can only be experience once you fell out of it. No ifs. No buts. When love itself is being put to the test, it’s not a matter of personal choice but a thing of Godly acceptance that runs the difference. For a personal choice can be an outcome of a positive or a negative response to love, but a Godly acceptance will always prevail beyond all understanding.
True. I love you. It won’t end in a day or two. It won’t end in a week. It just won’t end in months. Not even a year. And even if we, men, are really from Mars and you, women are really from Venus it simply won’t stop and end because of distance. Love simply lives beyond borders, beyond measures of immeasurable heights or depths. It occupies the geometrical point from the farthest of point A to point B. it simply loves; it simply gives; it gives more when needed and doesn’t expect anything in return of a favor. It doesn’t stop in pains, trials and hardships and turns back. It gets its strength from God and stands against it and definitely prevails. It doesn’t gets bitter when the answer is “no” or simply “read between the lines”, because love itself automatically knows how to step back away from the line but keeps an eye beyond borders so it could always reach out a hand when needed. It’s a matter of respect. Love knows how to wait, not just wait but to wait patiently. It “always protects, always trusts, always hopes and always perseveres”… it always perseveres… and will always persevere up to the end. And just what the bible says, “Love never ends.”Love is more than just a bottle of mineral water from seven eleven. Love is pure. Love is absolute. Love signifies dignity, purity and sincerity. It does not and should not have any amount of sexual perversion or lustful thoughts for the other party; for it is a detestable thing to God, the God of love. How can I say I love you? Yet at the back of my mind, I have already made myself defiled by such unclean thoughts. Love always consecrates for God’s glory. It is more concerned on “how I will serve your needs”, “how can I help you and lift you up to God to be a better person”, “how can I be a good friend” rather than “come here and give me what I desire” or “this is what I want from you” or the Nike tag-line “just do it.” It is more than just the compatibility of having the same wavelength in “telecommunications”, the spark of “electromagnetism” or an elemental formula of “chemistry” as I always hear. Faith can move mountains but love can make a 180 degree turn from a heart of stone to a heart of worship. For there is nothing impossible for a God of love, for He himself is love; pure; sincere.
Sixty percent of how we communicate is determined by our actions with regards to certain things. Twenty percent of it is defined by our bodily movements and facial expressions. That means almost 80 percent of how we communicate is non verbal. We tend to keep things beyond our senses. Our sacrifice for the person we love is truly defined by how we act towards the other person. Instead of being re-active, I choose to become pro-active for I personally choose to devote my time and energy to let you know that there is one person in this world of 80 billon people that would keep on loving you not for what you have but for who you are. I thank God that I am not drawing my strength from you but from Him. I thank you in spending time for reading this letter, knowing my thoughts, knowing what I really have to offer. And simply understand the way I think, the way I score on you, and the way I try to manage our intellectual and spiritual differences.I’m falling even more in love with you each day, and I can love you with or without strings attached. I’m praying for you and your family’s best benefit. Sometimes I do day dream that I can be the guy who cooks your breakfast that cleans your table that serves you dinner that takes care of you when you’re sick, to be involved in your life, to have you as my leading lady in my movie, to have you as my fan rather than the other girls around. But nevertheless it’s not only me who makes up the choices. It’s me, you and He of course.
I promise that you will never ever hear from me again about this thing of course when you get back. Thank you for being such a wonderful friend. Here, there and everywhere I’m always around. Keep it up. And I hope you will not take these words against me and our friendship. You know who you are and you know who I am.Always take care and God bless you.
Once again, I’m awake. Everything was such a dream.
